LAKE POWELL

First Day:

The J.A.M.S met in Page, Arizona, last week for an adventure we had planned almost a year ago.  When Bob and I got to the motel that Monday night, Vickey met us with the news that if the government shut down we wouldn't be able to go! So we went to the bar!! (click on pictures to make them bigger)

The government did shut down, but they told us at the marina if we could get all our stuff loaded and be away from the dock by noon we could go.  You've never seen 8 people move so fast in your life.
